The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was large and very clean. Large bathroom with hot water and big shower cabin. Nice atmosphere,nice area,clean and relaxing.

I absolutely loved my room, a lot of space, nice and amazingly comfortable bed. I could see the sun rising from my window, a stunning view! The room had the necessary equipment, hairdryer, cotton, and shampoo. Breakfast was excellent, I would love to have some scrambled eggs in addition to a sweet buffet.

The building and its yards are incredibly beautiful. The lady has been so nice. It was my first time coming to Douai, so I don't know any other place, but next time I come, I will stay here again.

The property was very baronial and from the outside looked amazing in its own grounds. The gated parking was relatively secure for motorists and motorcycles. The staff were very pleasant and the room was spacious and clean.

Wonderfully quiet location..just 20 minutes from Arras with owls at the window overlooking a peaceful garden.Comfortable room with tea/cofee/kettle in a beautiful old building
